Empties.. What Have I Been Loving?

Hey my lovelies,
Here we go.. First post back! Let's make it a good 'un.

Empties.. we all have them and when you finish something, it just feels sooo good. Like a little accomplishment you've achieved all on your own. For me, empties confirm my all time faves from my 'meh' products, am I right?

I am starting 2019 with newbies of all these so I thought I would share a few faves with you...

Firstly, my trusty Clinique Moisture Surge. I cannot live without this silky goodness!!!
It's so smooth on the face and I always pop it in the fridge, it's like a mini facial as it's so soothing.
I have used this for as long as I can remember, highly recommend.

Next comes a few products from Revolution Beauty. Being a fair gal, I always struggle with drugstore makeup as the shades never go pale enough for me. However, Revolution stepped up the game when they launched these. The Conceal and Define Concealer was my first venture into the brand. I love Tarte Shape Tape but after using this, I realised I had found a new love. And it's only £4!
Next comes the Fast Base Foundation Stick.. oh my. I fell in love with this as soon as I used it. It gives such a gorgeous dewy finish and is so full coverage. Ticks all my boxes..
Then the foundation.. again I love. I use this for a lighter coverage as I can control how much to put on. Revolution nailed it with this collection!

Onto the By Terry CC Serum.. The price tag slightly makes my heart have palpitations but this is define. I purchased the Lydia X Cult Beauty Box and was not disappointed. This bad boy has a retail price of £61 (jaw drops) but is worth every penny. It gives a gorgeous finish under makeup but I love it for fresh face days. I hear there is a Lydia X Cult Beauty Box 2 coming... sorry bank account but I will defo be splurging on this!

Finally we have the Ofra Rodeo Drive Mini Highlighter. I had never tried Ofra so only got the mini but I hit pan on this in no time. I find some highlighters have chunky glitter in them which just sit on my skin. This is the complete opposite, it melts into my skin to give such a natural finish. I purchased the original size straight away.

What empties do you have? I'd love to hear your recommendations!!

An Update.

Hey my lovelies,

It's been a while huh?

I've taken rather a big break from this blog due to various things but found I was missing it so much.
I often go on my Instagram (@thomaslydiablog - cheeky little plug there..) and see people that I used to interact with and thought, why did I ever stop?

Well from work to everyday life, blogging sort of came to the bottom of the list.
I'm ready to start it all again and share my little hauls and updates to you!

A few of my older posts have gone live again and I will be trying to do a post a week.. let's give this a go!

Bear with me guys, it's all new again.

Speak soon,
L
